Case study- How to cultivate the neglected paddy fields in the Katana Divisional secreteriot Area.
Katana Divisional Secreteriot come under Gampaha Administrative district of the Republic of Sri Lanka.There are two very important establishments are situated   in it.
They are Katunayake International Airport (BIA ) and the Export processing zone.
01. How to strengthen the paddy field sector in the prescribe area.In this paper  attention is drawn to the poor state of paddy field cultivation in Seeduwa area.
(1)Identify the owners of the paddy fields and the paddy fields.
(11)Identifies the problems face by the farmer/owners of the paddy fields
(111)Identifies the Government and non Government   Agencies who could assist in the process.( Ministries, Departments and foreign or local non government agencies )
(1v)Studying of Alternative options , in case of found that paddy cultivation in non profitable
.
02.What are the alternative options?
(1)Taken steps to build housing units-This is already happen in Katunayake area.
(11)Erecting of reception halls  for weddings and other functions
(111)Granting tax holidays  to the foreign investors , who forward their plans to develop the paddy fields without obstructing  the natural water flowing process.
  
(1V)  Planting of economically valued timber plants in large scale.eg. Mahogany, Teak and other timber plants.Government and private sector nurseries could utilize their resources into this process.

ක්‍රි.පු.3000 දී පමන මුල් ශුද්ධ දෙව් මැඳුර ඉඳිකරන ලද්දේ ඊශ්‍රායෙලයේ සොලමන් නරපතියා විසිනි.ඉන් අනතුරුව එම දෙව් මැඳුර බබිලෝනියානු ආක්‍රමනිකයන් විසින් විනාශ කරන ලද අතර , විප්‍රවාසයෙන් පෙරලා පැමිනි යුදෙව්වන් විසින් සෙරුබ්බාබෙල්  A Ruler of the Jewish kingdom/Judea හා ධර්මවක්තෲවර Prophet  නෙහෙමියාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් එය නැවත ගොඩ නැගුහ.

ක්‍රිස්තුස්වහන්සේ යාම් ඊම් කලේ එම දෙව් මැඳුරටය.
